DNA offers FCDucati a booth at the IMS!

Ducati Clubs at Ducati North America has offered to give Fourth Corner Ducati space at the upcoming Cycle World International Motorcycle Show in December.
All the clubs were offered...and we are the only club to take advantage of this 'very' generous offer. Floor space at the IMS is very expensive but Ducati North America is embracing its Desmo Owner's Clubs en masse this year.
I have spoken with Ducati Clubs/DNA representative and here is what we need from our members to make this happen:
- 1 or more members to occupy the booth in shifts both days of the event
- These folks will get name badges, discounts on site (see me for details)
- $$: we will need to print handbills describing the club/mission/events to prospective members and general public. (if there are any graphic designers in the club...I could probably use your help here)

Is the show two days or three days? I thought that it ran from Friday, Nov. 30th through Sunday, Dec. 2nd.
I am presenting at a continuing education conference on Nov. 30th, but I can work one or both days on the 1st and the 2nd. Let me know what you need.
Will they let us display any of our bikes in our club's booth?
What kind of donations are we talking about needing to make in order to cover the cost of flyers?

First and foremost we are overdue for a club meeting to discuss business and of course which beer is better.
We need to find a good date for a meeting...hopefully in Olympia this time. I can house a few folks if needed.
Zak is checking on some material in regards to cost now.
Specific costs we'll keep to a minimum but can be discussed offline at the meeting.
Please throw out several dates that folks are willing to travel to a meeting or at least be online for one (I have a glorious iMac now with a camera so we can possibly have live feed in video as well.)
